Established in the heart of South-West France, Maisons et Manoirs is an independent, international real estate agency based in Masseube (Gers). Deeply rooted in the local community, we value long-term relationships and, with over 30 years of experience, have built a trusted network of contacts. Our team consists of full-time, fully trained, insured, and experienced commercial agents covering a broad territory from the Gers to the Ariège. As members of the FNAIM (France’s leading real estate federation), we ensure full compliance with the latest legal requirements and professional standards.

Sarah Day, founder and managing director, created Maisons et Manoirs in 2009 as a bespoke, family-run agency. She holds a Joint Honours Degree in Economics and Politics and previously spent ten years as a Sales Manager with an international property agency. Her earlier career in media as a political researcher strengthened her skills in communication, analysis and project coordination. Bilingual in French and English, she brings both local expertise and international reach to every project.
